Oh Man People life is Crazy,
Friday night played the Map Honors for Slash and Alice Cooper. Rehearsed that afternoon. Steven Tyler came down as did Robin Zander from Cheap Trick. Billy Duffy, Jerry Cantrell , Duff , Wayne Kramer and Morrison on guitars along with Slash. We played Surrender, Goina To Raise Hell with Robin. He is so good, what a singer. Eighteen with Chester Bennington. My favorite young singer right now. Super cool attitude too. And then the great Steven Tyler blew the place away with Mama Kin and the finale Whole Lotta Love. Wow man sometimes i just have to pinch myself. I am the luckiest guy on this planet man!!!!!! Congrats my man Slash and the Great Alice Cooper who came out and rocked the house with Billion Dollar Babies, Schools Out and more.

Back to School Music seminar
Hey Everyone,
Went down to Orange County friday to speak to a class of about 200 or so students who are in music at Saddleback College under the teaching skills of my old band teacher from highschool Terry Newman. Basically spoke on my experience coming up in the music business over the last 30 yrs after leaving Orange County in 1979 and heading to Hollywood on my quest for success and Rockstardom. It was about a two hour thing that took you on a journey through the ups and downs and ups again in my career. I hope I helped shed some light on this crazy business I call Rock N Roll and other aspects of the business. Pictured below is me with my teacher Terry Newman and the other photo is Terry from left me, Jonathan Moffett (Madonna, Michael Jackson drummer) Ty Moss ( Temptations) amongst others.

First Roxy gig CF and Darling Stilettos
Alright,
Kicked off the big Roxy Sunset Thing in a Big way,
A young band out of OC called Drive A got everything started Then Darling Stilettos took the Stage and got everybody warmed up. The girls pictured backstage with Lemmy of Motorhead and Steve and Paul of The Sex Pistols. I told u these girls were Punk Rock. Played a great set with all these great musicians and had a wonderful night. Better come check it out for yourself.
